From the beginning of time humans have always strived to communicate with others. Now it is your child's turn to learn how to make his words meaningful for others. Learning different ways to practice his spelling words will make spelling fun and will help your son take the steps needed to become an awesome speller and able to communicate his ideas.
Look through the list of ideas together and let your son select 2 – 3 different suggestions to start with. Let your son select the way he would like to practice. This is really important! Giving your son a choice is important for him to feel he has control over his learning. It's not a choice of doing spelling or not, it's the choice of which way he wants to practice.
